The Lee Air Engineering Team specializes in Mechanical Systems & Component design, Prototyping and Testing. Utilizing the design advantages of CAD, CFD, Stress Analysis and FMEA practices, Lee Air excels in quick time to market development and maximization of efficient mechanical and electromechanical control of aircraft systems.
- Experience with Part 23/25 and Military Fixed Wing, Rotary, and UAV aircraft
- Design and development of System level components
- Design and development of Electromechanical Actuation with integrated electronics
- Brush and Brushless DC Motors and Controllers
- Program Management – Point of Contact Focal, controlling project from beginning to Certification/Production
- Documentation including Qualification Test Plans and procedures (QTP), test reports (QTR), ground and flight test plans, airplane Flight Manual Supplements, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) & ATA manuals
- Support to System Safety Assessments, Reliability predictions per MIL-STD-217, FMEA and fault trees Analysis
